Orders and minimums
What is your minimum order quantity?
20 pieces per design for sublimated styles. Sizes can be mixed freely within that 20, but a different design or colourway carries its own minimum.
Can I order fewer than 20?
Occasionally, for a stock design, but the unit price rises sharply because the fixed setup is spread across fewer garments. Ask us with your numbers and we will tell you plainly whether it is worth doing.
Do you work with new brands as well as established clubs?
Yes. A significant share of our work is first ranges for new sportswear brands, alongside club and school programmes that repeat every season.
Samples and lead times
How fast is a digital mockup?
Within 48 hours of receiving a complete brief.
How long does a physical sample take?
Dispatched within 72 hours of mockup approval, arriving 7–10 days after order confirmation depending on destination.
How long is bulk production?
15–20 days after the sample is approved. Shipping time is separate.
Do you charge for samples?
Most new designs carry a sample charge, which is standard in the industry and keeps sampling loops short. It is quoted up front — there are no surprise line items.
Artwork and design
What artwork files should I send?
Vector if you have it: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Otherwise a 300 dpi raster file at final print size. We will flag anything that needs redrawing before quoting.
How many colours can I use?
Unlimited. Dye sublimation has no per-colour setup cost, so gradients, photographic elements and multi-colour sponsors cost the same as a two-colour block design.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour?
We match to Pantone references and will show you the closest achievable result on your chosen fabric. Exact Pantone parity is not achievable on every substrate, so the sample is the true reference.
Can I add player names and numbers?
Yes, at no extra setup cost. Send the list and we will print it in the same pass. Names and numbers are verified against your list before packing.
Product and construction
What is the difference between sublimation and seamless construction?
Sublimation is a printing method — the ink bonds into the polyester fibre, so the design cannot crack or peel. Seamless refers to construction — the garment is knitted in the round with no side seams, and trims are bonded rather than stitched. Many performance pieces use both. Is your reflective material self-illuminating?
No. It is retro-reflective: it returns light that reaches it, which is what makes a runner visible in a headlight. Nothing on the garment emits its own light.
Do you offer recycled fabric?
Yes, recycled polyester (rPET) is available on most styles.
Can you copy a design from a photo?
We can reproduce a design you own or are licensed to use. We will not copy a third party's protected artwork.
Sizing, shipping and payment
How do I know which size to order?
We send a measurement chart with the sample. Sizes are garment measurements rather than body measurements, so measuring an existing kit that fits well is the most reliable comparison.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Most orders go to the United States, Australia, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Air and sea freight are both available.
Who handles import duty?
Import duty and local clearance are handled at your end under the terms stated in the quote.
How do repeat orders work?
We hold your approved artwork, size charts and colour references on file. A repeat order skips sampling and moves straight to production, typically saving a week or more.
Private label and OEM
Can you manufacture under my brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM are core parts of what we do — your branding and specification, our pattern library, sourcing and manufacturing. This includes woven labels, printed neck tape, branded packaging and retail-ready packing where quantities support it.
Will you sell my design to anyone else?
No. Designs supplied by a client are produced for that client only. We do not resell client artwork.
