Fabric & Construction
Seamless jacquard mesh knit
Hard-edged graphics only hold their line on a knit that is printed before it is cut. The vest is knitted as one seamless tube of jacquard mesh, so the armour panels run unbroken around the body with no seam to break the graphic and nothing to chafe under a race number. The 5A antibacterial finish is knitted into the same panel.
Construction Details
Honeycomb armour fill
The centre back carries a dense honeycomb fill printed into the mesh — it reads as armour plate at a distance and breaks into clean cells up close. Sublimation means none of that texture sits on top of the fabric.
Angular panel geometry
Panels meet on hard diagonals rather than curves, and the artwork is printed across the seam line so the graphic stays continuous where the front and side panels join.
